Projek Seni Berus Angin bersama BSLN

Promoting conservation throught Auto-Art

PROGRAM MENGHASILKAN KARYA SENI BERMOTIFKAN HIDUPAN LIAR DI ATAS HOOD KERETA NASIONAL DI BSLN DARI 19 OGOS HINGG 18 SEPTEMBER 2009

Tujuan Tujuan program ini adalah untuk mengutarakan suara kebimbangan akibat kepupusan jenis-jenis hidupan liar di Malaysia/dunia dengan teknik lukisan berus angin (air brush) di atas hood kereta Nasional seperti Wira, Kembara, Kancil, Juara, Myvi, Perdana dan Kelisa.
Program ini juga menjadi platfom untuk melatih staff BSLN menggunakan peralatan air brush untuk melukis dan juga teknik untuk pengetahuan di masa hadapan. Untuk program ini, BSLN menjemput aku sebagai pelukis jemputan.

Majlis Pelancaran Muralis 1Malaysia telah disempurnakan oleh Menteri Kesenian, Kebudayaan dan Komunikasi Malaysia Datuk Seri Rais Yatim pada 15hb July 2009, Kuala Lumpur. Projek Residensi Artis Berus Angin telah diadakan di Pulau Langkawi bertempat Studio Lama Kini dan lukisan mural tersebut telah disiapkan selama 6-7 hari.

Labuan Visual Art Association is organising an art exhibition and sale in conjunction with Labuan International Sea Challenge 2009 0n 29th April until the end of May 2009.

The event has been designed to encourage local artists of Borneo to come together to enjoy each other’s work and to exhibit their work to the general public.

If you wish to exhibit, your entry needs to be in by 25 April  2009 to ensure your place in the exhibition.

With the success from the first exhibition, the Closing Ceremony of Labuan's 25th Silver Jubilee Celebration is continuing the Art Works Exhibit for Part 2 "Labuan Borneo Art Exhibition" and will be held on the 11th - 19th April 2009 and  thanks to the venue sponsored The Waterfront Labuan Hotel. 

Artists from The Borneo Community Art Gallery participated in the exhibition as an extension of knowledge to public viewers as well as enriching the Labuan visual arts scene.

Visual Art Exhibition

Satu Pameran Seni Visual akan diadakan pada 28hb. Feb - 8hb. March, 2009 bertempat di Waterfront Labuan Hotel yang mengabungkan seramai 26 orang Artist termasuk dari Labuan, Brunei Darussalam, Sabah dan Sarawak.
Pameran kali ini adalah sempena 25 tahun Jubli Perak Labuan dan majlis perasmiannya akan disempurnakan oleh Timbalan Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan Y.B. Datuk M. Saravanan.
